Shelton - Market Update

 Shelton’s real estate market has seen a slight slowdown in 2025. 


So far this year, 21 homes have been sold, down from 27 sales in January 2024.


The median sale price in January 2025 was $500,000, which is a 5.3% increase from last year. 


The average home value in Shelton is $513,257, up 4.0% from the previous year. 


Even though sales have dipped a bit, home values continue to rise!
