 Litchfield’s real estate market has been steady in 2025.  So far this year, 18 homes have been sold, just slightly down from 19 sales in January 2024. The median sale price in January 2025 was $702,500, which is a 4.8% increase from last year.  The average home value in Litchfield is $490,540, up 4.5% from the previous year.  Home values continue to rise, even though the number of sales is slightly lower!
